AI or not AI? Welcome to a seminar with an environmental perspective on the use of LLMs in higher education.

Speaker

Ana Valdivia, Oxford Internet Institute. Ana Valdivia is an interdisciplinary scholar with a background in mathematics and computer science interested in the sociotechnical aspects of AI. Her current research explores the environmental impacts of AI supply chains by combining computational and ethnographic methodologies.
