Drone and swarm research at LiU

Drones are transforming how we explore, monitor and collaborate 鈥� in the air, on land and beneath the surface of the water. Research in drones and drone swarms is an interdisciplinary and rapidly growing field.

Center for Heterogeneous Adaptive Swarm Systems - CHASS

A single drone has limited capabilities, but a swarm of drones working as a unit can search large areas, monitor wildfires, deliver supplies in times of disaster, or protect critical facilities. This is the vision of CHASS.
